Suhas Gopinath, a young Indian entrepreneur also known as the world’s youngest CEO, founded Globals Inc. in California at the age of 14. Globals Inc. is a multinational IT company with offices established in over 11 countries worldwide.

Suhas was recently announced as one of the ‘Young Global Leaders’ for 2008-2009 by the World Economic Forum, Davos. He made history by being the youngest ever member of the Young Global Leaders.  With this position, he is involved in development programs across the world including a unique leadership program at Harvard University.  

In 2005, Suhas Gopinath was one of the finalists of the Infosys Education World Young Achievers Award. He was also the youngest among 175 recipients of the Karnataka State Government's Rajyotsava Award.  In December 2007, The European Parliament and International Association for Human Values conferred ‘Young Achiever Award’ to Suhas at the European Parliament, Brussels, and he was also invited to address the European Parliament and other business dignitaries assembled in the EU Parliament.

Suhas strongly supports the philosophy that age, socio-economic status or academic background is not a pre-requisite for successful leadership.   A true inspiration for leaders across the world, he wins their hearts with his modesty and innocent charm.  His words, though very few, are sure to strike a chord with every member at this forum.
